Practical information

The participation fee is waived for all participants. Conference agendas, conference maps and participation certificates are offered free of charge to all of our speakers. Refreshments will be served during the breaks. However, except for invited participants sponsored through the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014 within the Fund for Bilateral Relations at National Level or by the Nordic and Baltic embassies and consulates in Romania, the participants are expected to cover their transportation and accommodation expenses.
Special conference discount rates are offered at Hotel Oxford (
http://www.hoteloxford.ro/): 150 lei (34 Euros) per night for single rooms and 170 lei (40 Euros) per night for double rooms.

Directions
Participants arriving at the Henri Coanda Airport in Bucharest could either take Bus no. 780 in front of the airport to the Main Railway Station (Gara de Nord) and then the train from Bucharest to Constanta (you can check the schedule on http://infofer.ro/), or take a shuttle going directly from the Airport to the Constanta Station (Gara): check the schedule and see the details for a reservation on http://www.direct-aeroport.ro/grafic-curse.html

Participants arriving at the Constanta Station (Gara) should take Bus no. 100 in front of the station to its last stop (9th), which should leave them in front of Hotel Dobrogea and Oxford. Ovidius University is conveniently situated in the same area, just across the bus 100 last stop.
